3.SECURITY
General pavilion security will be ensured by the venue guards 24 hours. The hall will be locked from 20.00 till 8.00 during the exhibition period.
Attention: Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring individual security of your stand during the fair hours. Individual security service for the stand can be ordered in on-line configurator.
The organiser is not responsible for the safety of your belongings at the booth.
According to "Basic requirements while running events in Crocus Expo IEC" any works on cleaning in the Exhibition Center can be carried only be the Administrative department of "Crocus Expo". Any third party involvement in cleaning of areas on the territory of the Exhibition Center and stands (both standard and individual construction) are strictly forbidden.
NOTE! In case the requirements are not followed by exhibitor the Administartion of IEC "Crocus Expo" apllies fine of 8 000 EUR.
Exhibitors: Badges allow exhibitors and their personnel to enter the exhibition centre and the exhibition hall.
Contractors: Stand constructors' badges for the personnel involved in your stand construction are valid only during the construction / dismantling period. The badges can be obtained in the Service Centre in the lobby of Pavilion 3 in accordance with a list prepared in advance. The list containing the passport details of your stand constructors is to be made in 2 copies on the letterhead of your company.
Attention: access to the exhibition is allowed only with participant badges.

Rules for entry and exit of vehicles to/from the exhibition:
- All exhibits and ancillary mechanisms may entry to the Exhibition territory and leave the territory strictly only during the MOUNTING and DISMANTLING DAYS;
- Entry to the Exhibition territory and exit from the territory for any vehicles, including personal transport is regulated by Transport Department Crocus Expo. To obtain the conditions please contact one of the forwarders.
- Entry to the Exhibition territory and exit from the territory for any vehicles, transport means (including personal transport) and ancillary mechanisms on the EXHIBITION WORKING DAYS are strictly prohibited.
The dimensions of your stands should not extend the size of ordered space, including all decorative elements of the design. The height of the stand should exceed 5 m for 1-storey and 6 m for 2-storey stands. If the stand design does not correspond this requirements you have to contact Organizer and get the written approval.
The noise level on the stand during events on the stand must not distract the work of other exhibitors on the fair ground. In case exhibitors at the neighbouring stands are disturbed by the noise coming from your booth, the Organiser reserves the right to demand reducing the noise level. In case the demand is ignored, the Organiser reserves the right to switch off the noise source and to impose a fine. The cost of ordered electricity supply for the stand will not be refunded.
The cost of participation in the trade fair includes liability insurance. Exhibitors are responsible for the arrangement of any other insurance including loss of expenses caused by cancellation or abandonment of the show and loss of or damage to exhibits or other property on their stands.
8. ELECTRICITY
Electricity will be switched on at 8 o'clock on 05.06.2018 (first day of the Exhibition).
From 05.06.2018 till 07.06.2018 - from 8:00 to 20:00.
Electricity will be switched off at 18 o'clock on 08.06.2018 (last day of the Exhibition).
The exhibition stands and other construction objects on the exhibition premises shall be connected to electricity networks only after checking by the General Builder LLC BuildExpo the quality of electrical works and the electrical measurement of the parameters of installed electric power lines (see par. 3 of the Technical Guidelines).
Electric power sources in the halls are equipped with 16A, 32A, 63A, 125A connectors of ABB type. Exhibitor's electric equipment shall be connected to the electric power source using electric cable of the respective section. The length of the cable provided by the Exhibitors performing independent development must be at least 30 m.
Exhibitors who have ordered just raw space by MMG and have hired another stand constructor but not MEPLAN are responsible for the cabling in their stands. Organizer will deliver the main connection ONLY.
It is forbidden:
- to use generators (fine 1110 EUR);
- to use extenders;
- to connect mobile stands with lighting, any other lighting equipment mounted on the basis of the electrical wiring.
In these cases electricity will be switched off till the end of the Exhibition.

Move-in/move-out of the exhibits is allowed only during assembling and disassembling period according with following procedure:
- prepare a letter with a list of imported equipment and exhibits in 4 copies on the letterhead of your company;
- initial the letter at the service center of 3d Pavilion. Service Center is located in in the
lobby of 3d Pavilion);
-access to the mounting gates is only possible with pre-paid car pass. Car passes can be
ordered in CrocusExpo Service Center.
To get the access to the mounting gates you should have car pass and move-in/move-out letter.
The sample of the letter for move-in/move-out will be send additionally.
Attention! To get the permission to import the bench equipment exhibitors who ordered non-equipped booth (Raw space) should first approve the stand design with the technical department and general builder of IEC “Crocus Expo” - "BuildExpo".
NB! Please, keep one copy of the move-in/move-out letter until the end of exhibition, you will need it for exhibits removal.
Additional move-in/move-out of the equipment during the exhibition can only be made from 08.00 to 9.30 and from 18.30 to 20.00 and has to be approved by the Organizer. Please, remember that for additional move-in/move-out of the equipment it is also necessary to prepare the move-in/move-out letter.
Attention: Remember to keep one copy of your move-in letter till the end of the exhibition; move-out of exhibits will be authorized based on this document. Move-in / move-out of exhibits during the fair opening hours is prohibited.
Loading/unloading and formalizing of all entry/removal permissions for non-resident exhibitors shall be provided for a fee ONLY by the official forwarders at IEC Crocus Expo.

Processing cargo of non-residents, received not through the Official Forwarder, may be imposed with penalty in the amount of 100% of the handling services.
Attention: The technical department had be informed of the size and weight of items not later than 40 days prior to installations.
Raw Space - construction made by an individual stand constructor.
Exhibitors who ordered unequipped area must be guided by the following rules for the design, construction and design organisations of its stand:
1. Not later than 20/04/2018 check with the organizer the buildig company with indication of it's name, address, phone number and contact person.
Warning! The organizer reserves the right not to allow to carry out the installation builder that systematically violate the fire and safety rules.
2. When devoloping project of you stand, please, follow the requirements listed in paragrapah "Technical requirements to stand construction".
3. Before beginning installation, check with the technical department the exact location of
your stand. Otherwise, any work related to the incorrect location of your stand structures throughout the exhibition, are met by the exhibitor.
4. After removing all traces of carpet adhesive tape must be removed from the floor of the pavilion.
5. All losses caused by damages of any structures and parts of the pavilion that arose through the fault of Exhibitor or it's constructor, reimbursed by the exhibitor.
6. Two-storey stands: in the construction of two-storey stands must fulfill additional requirements:
- Extra charge of 80% over the second floor of the stand has to be paid;
- Two-storey stand shall be equipped with a fire extinguisher or fire fighting system, fire alarm sensors also.
7. Approval of the stand: the project of your stand should be agreed with the technical department, as well as the general builder of the exhibition - the «BuildExpo."
7.1. The following documents have to be presented to the Organiser for approval at least two months before set-up:
- а technical stand layout indicating all measurements incl. heights. The position of entry points for ordered electricity, water, telephone connections, etc., must also be clearly marked on the stand layout.
- an electric supply plan indicating the power of each energy consumer.
7.2. The following documents have to be presented to Build Expo for approval at least two months before set-up:
- licences of all the companies involved in the project design; licences for construction and electrical mounting;
- а technical drawing of the stand including the name of the company, the stand number and size, marking the existence of the 2nd level and its space, plan of the 1st and 2nd levels, side view, specification of the type of building materials;
- an electric project of the stand with specifications of voltage, maximum capacity of every equipment unit, all the power points with detailed interpretation of symbols;
- а list of electricians of at least 3rd qualification level who take part in electrical mounting as well as copies of their identification cards;
- а coру of the electricians' examination journal according to the rules and regulations of the Russian Federation;
- а сору of the assignment order for an electrician in charge (at least 4th qualification level);
- а list of assembling workers who take part in assembling/dismantling of the stand;
- а сору of the assignment order for а person in charge of assembling/dismantling activities and for а person responsible for safety measures at the stand;
- а letter with the name of the company for which the building is done with the list of the equipment which is brought in and taken out;
- certificates of fire safety for all stand materials incl. floor coverings, acts about fireproofing treatment of burning materials used in stand decoration.

Mounting of light structures and design elements to (hanged on) the ceiling trusses of the exhibition halls shall be performed by OOO KONTA. Please, contact Ms. Veronika Sopina for the question of ceilling construction order.
Requirements for construction of not-equipped stands:
2.1.The maximum height of the stands adjoined to the walls of the exhibition halls:
- till 4 meters from the wall - max 8.5 (eight points five) meters high
The maximum height of the stands on the remaining area of the exhibition halls:
- 1-storey stands - max 5 (five) meters high on the first two "lines" from the entrance to the hall, then to 8.5 (eight points five) meters
-2-storey stands - max 6 (six) meters high on the first two "lines" from the entrance to the hall, then to 8.5 (eight points five) meters
2.2. The maximum allowed height of constructions that may be built in outdoor area is:
-Various constructions (not stands and not exhibits) 6 (six) meters
-1-storey stands 4 (four) meters
-2-storey stands 5.5 (five points five) meters.
2.3.Construction along the open sides of the stand can't occupy more than 50% of the length of each open side. The height of the building on the border of the open sides of the stand may not exceed 3.0 meters (for the stands not along the walls of the halls). At more than 2 meters from the edge of the stand inside of it the height can be maximal.
2.4.The stands of the first two "lines" from the entrance to each hall and situated not along the walls of the halls should have no walls from the side of the entrance to the hall.
2.5.No part of the stand structure (including lamps, flags, decorating elements, etc.) shouldn't go beyond the rented exhibition space including the vertical projection of the stand (exception is for lightweight lamps located at a height of not less than 4 meters from the floor).
2.6.Banners and other suspended structures shouldn't create a visual sensation of a solid wall with the floor buildings and obstruct the visibility of neighboring stands.
2.7.For security reasons of visitors of the Exhibition utility rooms, offices and other stand rooms with doors, the exit of which is directed to the passage between the stands, must be equipped only with sliding doors or swing doors should be opened inside the stand.
2.8.Stands can't be allowed for construction, when their structures prevent the direct access to fire hydrants, to stationary power switchboards and block emergency exits.
In case of violation of these requirements, the Organizer has the right to suspend the construction of the stand during the assembling until the violations are eliminated.
Before approving the construction project at the General Builder, the Exhibitor/Stand Builder is obliged to agree the stand scheme with the Organizer.
All stands must be equipped and decorated by the end of set-up .Any unattended boxes/containers left randomly around the hall by 16:00 on the last set-up day may be removed from your stand at your expense.
Attention! The removal and packing of exhibits as well as the dismantling of stands are not allowed before the exhibition is officially closed. The construction / dismantling of stands must be finished by the time indicated in exhibition schedule at the latest.
In case you cannot finish stand construction by the official closing time, you can order overtime. Please, contact Technical Manager if you want to book overtime in advance. During assembling days the overtime in halls can be ordered only vua Service Center of Crocus Expo and overtime in halls can be ordered only via Organizer.
Note: you have to unform the Technical Manager 3 hours before the pavilion will close.
-The minimum overtime ordering for first assembly day is 3 hours. Time is calculated backwards from 20:00. (Example: if you need 3 hours overtime, you must take it from 17:00 to 20:00);
-For the second overtime assembly day the overtime shall be the whole working day of 12 hours (because the area is already occupied), and the area shall be not smaller than that one of the previous day;
-The minimum overtime ordering for disassembly is 3 hours. Time is calculated from 08:00 of June 5;
-The minimum overtime use in the night time from 20:00 to 08:00 on June 2, 3 and 4 shall be possible only for the whole stand area at least for 3 hours;
-Ordering of overtime from 20:00 of June 04 to 08:00 of June 05 is only possible with a 100% surcharge;
ATTENTION:
During assembly and disassembly, for stand builders is strictly prohibited to occupy the aisles outside the boundaries of your exhibition stand.
Arrival/Delivery and Exit/Removal into/from the halls during the night time are strictly prohibited. The gates will be closed.
Extension of build-up time is charged additionally.
1.1. Only companies and organizations licensed to conduct electrical installation can be assigned to carry out such services at exhibitors' stands.
1.2. Electrical installation and the equipment at exhibitors' stands can be carried out only by persons complying with the professional requirements and qualified according to electrical safety standards (corresponding to the 3rd or higher grade of the Russian electrical safety standard).
1.3. In the case where а subcontractor is commissioned by the exhibitor to carry out electrical installation and services at the exhibition stand (or in case where the exhibitor carries out the installation on his own) Build Expo will authorize the subcontractor's personnel assigned to carry out such services according to the personnel list signed by the subcontractor. Build Expo and Crocus Expo Energocenter will supervise the installation progress. The manager of the installation company (or the exhibitor himself) will assign а person to be responsible for the electrical equipment at the stand and will submit the authorized personnel list for permits to be issued by Crocus Expo.
All electrical installations must be carried out according to the current Regulations for the Operation of Electrical Equipment (РТЕЕР),Safety Regulations (РТВ), Regulations for Electrical Installation (РUE), Fire Protection Regulations and Construction Engineering Regulations of the Russian Federation (SNIP). Special requirements for fairs and exhibitions must be also observed.
1.4. Electrical installations must be carried out according to the stand layout to be provided by the exhibitor. The layout should detail the positions of the electric power and lighting equipment, rated voltage, maximum capacity for all electrical units, and terminal points for connecting the equipment to power supply sources.
1.5. Upon issuing the permits to work at the exhibitor's stand, installation companies shall be in charge of supervising the personnel authorized to carry out electrical Installations.
1.6. Аll operations at or near power circuits must be carried out only after disabling the power supply.
1.7. When laying exposed circuits, provided no mechanical damaging is possible, Fables with а fire protection shield must be used.
1.8. At exposed places and where people pass, cables must be protected with special covers.
1.9. Open wiring and mounting of lighting equipment on structures are not permitted.
1.10. For all wire/cable connections and Junctions, special clips and plugs must be used. Connection of power-consuming equipment to mains through direct wiring is not permitted.
The supply table for the 380/2208 leading-in device (power panel) of the exposition stand must be five wire. The lines of single-phased electric wiring must be three wire. It is permitted to use four wire cable if the thread section is not less than 10 mm2 along copper. The stand hardware must have neutral earthing according to PUE requirements.
1.11. For mobile and portable power-consuming equipment, flexible wires/ cables protected against mechanical damaging must be used.
1.12. All stands must be equipped with power panels with RSD (residual current protective device) according to PUE requirements and with proper design load of extra current and overload protective devices installed separately for the lighting network and the power supply for equipment. As well as stand by equipment which is permanently switched on (such as fax machines, refrigerators etc.)
1.13. Free access must be provided to the main electricity terminal.
1.14. Lighting equipment for hills and stands must comply with the Fire Hazard Regulations grade 82 Lighting equipment with lenses made of plexiglass, polystyrol and/or other easily flammable materials may not be used. Lights should be installed so that the distance to flammable surfaces shall be no less than 40 cm.
1.15. Upon completion of installation and presenting the Act of Quality Control of Installation Work Conducted by Constructor at Exhibition signed by Build Expo, а representative of Crocus Expo Energocentre must check the quality of the installation and connect the installed equipment to the power supply sources of Crocus Expo according to the layout.
1.16. Crocus Expo Energocentre must switch on the power supply to the switchbox at the exhibitors stand upon presenting the Act of Quality Control of Installation Work Conducted by Constructor at Exhibition and in the presence of the exhibitor's representative in charge of the electrical equipment (installation), and upon signing the Division of Liability Act for the Operation of Electrical Equipment Rated at max. 1000 V which specific the division of liability between Crocus Expo and the exhibitor (power consumer).
1.17. Exhibitors must supervise the state of the electrical equipment installed and operated at their stands for the duration of the exhibition in accordance with the Division of Liability Act.
1.18. Upon termination of the exhibition а representative of the exhibitor/subcontractor in charge of dismantling the electrical equipment must apply to а technician of Crocus Expo Energocentre authorized to disable the power supply to the switchbox of the exhibitors stand.
1.19. The dismantling of electrical equipment and its disconnection must be carried out by the same personnel who carried out the installation.
2. LIABILITY
2.1. Property rights and liability for electrical equipment and networks for the duration of the exhibition are stipulated in the Division of Liability Act to be signed by the parties immediately prior to the delivery of power to the stand.
2.2. Energocentre is in charge of operating the power supply sources of Crocus Expo.
2.3. During mounting, running and dismantling periods of the exhibition, electrical equipment of the stand including the mains cable will be operated by the exhibitor.
2.4. Crocus Expo Energocentre as the electric power provider for the exhibitors stand has the right to disable the power supply in case of emergency to prevent accidents and as a preventive measure in case of incidents which may be caused by gross violation of the regulations specific in PTEEP and PTB.
2.5. The exhibitor as the electric power consumer at the exhibition may not connect additional units which are not specific in the application to the stand terminal without obtaining the permission of Crocus Expo Energocentre.
2.6. In case of violation of these Regulations, the exhibitor shall be liable according to the Russian law.
1. The management of the exhibition provides pavilions (premises) in the condition suitable for holding an exhibition and guarantees compliance with basic fire safety regulations.
2. Exhibitors are responsible for compliance with fire safety regulations during installation, actual operation and dismantling of the event.
3. Compliance with the present rules is supervised by the technical personnel of "Crocus Expo", the management of the exhibition and by the state fire protection authorities.
4. The exposition plan of space only stands shall be submitted by exhibitors or their stand builders to "Build Expo" as regards fire safety regulations at least two months before the announced date of installation. Exhibitors with equipped space or а custom build stand do not need to submit plans tо "Build Expo "but have to provide information according to 4.1. 4.2, 4.3 to the Organiser;
4.1. The layout of exhibits, offices, various auxiliary premises (cinema hall, film projecting rooms, kitchen, dining rooms, restaurants, bars, information desk), showing all dimensions and tied up with а particular exposition area;
4.2. Location of evacuation exits, fire hydrants, internal fire cocks and power cabinets according to the copy of the pavilion plan from "Build Expo”. Unobstructed access to the exits, fire hydrants, internal fire cocks and power cabinets and an adequate zone required for their normal operation must be provided;
4.3. Machines and other exhibits displayed In operation, operating principles of engines, fuel, lubricants and other material used.
Attention: Exposition plans shall be provided in 2 copies. The legends and Inscriptions in the plans shall be made in the Russian language.
5. The exhibitor shall submit, at least one month before the commencement of set-up, to "Crocus Expo" information about all radioactive, inflammable and explosive materials and exhibits to enable coordinated safety measures to be taken. Importation of these materials and exhibits without the authorization of "Crocus Expo" shall not be allowed.
6. Stationary stand structures must be made of conventional building materials (of а normal flammability class). Fireproof and slow burning materials shall be used for finishing the interior of stands, offices, podiums, ceilings and fencing. All flammable materials must be treated with а fireproofing compound.
The use of draping materials from flammable plastics not treated with а fireproofing compound, shall not be allowed.
Double decker stand constructions as well as stands with а higher fire risk must be additionally equipped with fire alarms connected to the central fire alarm station of the exhibition complex.
Documents describing the flammability degree of all stand materials used in the organization/build-up of the exhibition shall be submitted.
7. Carpets and runners used in the pavilions shall be securely attached to the floor along the perimeter and at the joints thereof. These shall be made of а slow burning material (resisting а burning cigarette or match).
8. Stationary film projectors should be placed in areas or chambers made of fireproof materials and have isolated exit to staircases which are not connected with areas occupied by people.
9. During set-up and dismantling the approach ways (passages) of the pavilions shall be kept clear. Unneeded transportation crates, packaging and other materials and equipment shall immediately be removed from the pavilions.
10. Threshold and turnstiles shall not be set up in the evacuation and traffic paths. Aisles for visitors shall have а width of at least three (3) meters and а circular layout and offer free access to evacuation passages, power cabinets, fire boxes and other fire-fighting facilities. Stairways, evacuation exits, passages, corridors and vestibule should always be kept free from any objects preventing the flow of people.
It is prohibited to arrange expositions made of flammable materials, offices and service rooms in the stairways.
11. The use of electrical and gas-fired devices for making tea or coffee shall be allowed only in rooms specially allocated and equipped for these purposes by agreement with the fire safety service.
Electrical heating devices, refrigerators and air conditioners shall be connected to separate networks equipped with starting protection devices.
12. The following is forbidden in the exhibition pavilions / stands: construction of storage rooms and showcases for combustible and flammable liquids, installation of combustible gas containers and demonstration of operating exhibits using open flame.
13. If the permissible current of low-power electrical devices (electric motors, transformers, etc.) mounted on an electrically powered stand is below the rated value of the automatic protection device of the network, additional electrical protection shall be provided. All electrical units shall be adequately grounded. It is necessary to have certificates of measurements of impedance of electrical wiring, which need to be provided to the fire police of "Crocus Expo".
14. In the absence of а threat of mechanical damage being done to open electric networks, it shall be allowed to use cables clad in а non- combustible or slow burning sheathing. All wire and cable connections and tappings shall be made by welding, soldering, moulding or the use of special-purpose clamps. Wire and cable strands must be reliably insulated at connecting and tapping points.
15. Mobile power equipment shall be connected with the use of flexible conductor safely protected against mechanical damage. All power installation devices (distribution boxes, sockets, etc.) used must be certified products only.
16. Electric lighting devices of the р-р class shall be used for illuminating halls and stands. It shall not be allowed to use diffusers made of acrylic plastic, polystyrene and other flammable materials in lighting fixtures. The distance between intensifying lighting fixtures and combustible or slow burning surfaces shall be equal to at least 40 cm.
17. Demonstration of operating models and units using flammable liquids or combustible gases in exhibition halls shall be allowed with the provision that these are pumped via pipelines from containers installed outside the building and the exhaust gases are vented to the outside. Installation and demonstration of fire-hazardous exhibits and processes (welding and soldering, other processes involving open fire, combustible solvents, etc.) shall be subject to approval by the fair (exhibition) management.
18. Storage of promotional materials and goods shall not be arranged in the pavilion buildings. They shall be kept in the office premises in quantities not exceeding daily requirements. Exhibits, standby equipment, crates and packages shall be stored outside the pavilions or in specially allocated premises.
19. Smoking inside exhibition pavilions shall be allowed only in places which are specially allocated for this purpose and in negotiation rooms provided with ashtrays.
20. Welding and other fire-hazardous work shall be carried out with written authorization of the exhibition management; existing fire safety regulations shall be carefully followed in the process.
21. All other issues which remain beyond the scope of the present regulations and which might arise during set-up, operation and dismantling of fairs and exhibitions shall be settled on site by the management of the exhibition, the pavilion administration and а representative of the fire brigade.
22. If the design of an exposition does not meet the present regulations, the exhibition management shall be entitled to demand from the exhibitors and/or their stand builders dismantling of the exposition.
23. All the fair participants shall be required to know and follow fire safety regulations, to know how to behave in case of а fire and use fire-fighting means. In accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, the State Fire Fighting Services may impose а penalty on all fair participants including foreign companies for the breach of the fire safety regulations.
The organizer recommends using the official forwarder or any other reliable forwarder services to guarantee smooth and ON TIME delivery.

3.SECURITY
General pavilion security will be ensured by the venue guards 24 hours. The hall will be locked from 20.00 till 8.00 during the exhibition period.
Attention: Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring individual security of your stand during the fair hours. Individual security service for the stand can be ordered in on-line configurator.
The organiser is not responsible for the safety of your belongings at the booth.
According to "Basic requirements while running events in Crocus Expo IEC" any works on cleaning in the Exhibition Center can be carried only be the Administrative department of "Crocus Expo". Any third party involvement in cleaning of areas on the territory of the Exhibition Center and stands (both standard and individual construction) are strictly forbidden.
NOTE! In case the requirements are not followed by exhibitor the Administartion of IEC "Crocus Expo" apllies fine of 8 000 EUR.
Exhibitors: Badges allow exhibitors and their personnel to enter the exhibition centre and the exhibition hall.
Contractors: Stand constructors' badges for the personnel involved in your stand construction are valid only during the construction / dismantling period. The badges can be obtained in the Service Centre in the lobby of Pavilion 3 in accordance with a list prepared in advance. The list containing the passport details of your stand constructors is to be made in 2 copies on the letterhead of your company.
Attention: access to the exhibition is allowed only with participant badges.

Rules for entry and exit of vehicles to/from the exhibition:
- All exhibits and ancillary mechanisms may entry to the Exhibition territory and leave the territory strictly only during the MOUNTING and DISMANTLING DAYS;
- Entry to the Exhibition territory and exit from the territory for any vehicles, including personal transport is regulated by Transport Department Crocus Expo. To obtain the conditions please contact one of the forwarders.
- Entry to the Exhibition territory and exit from the territory for any vehicles, transport means (including personal transport) and ancillary mechanisms on the EXHIBITION WORKING DAYS are strictly prohibited.
The dimensions of your stands should not extend the size of ordered space, including all decorative elements of the design. The height of the stand should exceed 5 m for 1-storey and 6 m for 2-storey stands. If the stand design does not correspond this requirements you have to contact Organizer and get the written approval.
The noise level on the stand during events on the stand must not distract the work of other exhibitors on the fair ground. In case exhibitors at the neighbouring stands are disturbed by the noise coming from your booth, the Organiser reserves the right to demand reducing the noise level. In case the demand is ignored, the Organiser reserves the right to switch off the noise source and to impose a fine. The cost of ordered electricity supply for the stand will not be refunded.
The cost of participation in the trade fair includes liability insurance. Exhibitors are responsible for the arrangement of any other insurance including loss of expenses caused by cancellation or abandonment of the show and loss of or damage to exhibits or other property on their stands.
8. ELECTRICITY
Electricity will be switched on at 8 o'clock on 05.06.2018 (first day of the Exhibition).
From 05.06.2018 till 07.06.2018 - from 8:00 to 20:00.
Electricity will be switched off at 18 o'clock on 08.06.2018 (last day of the Exhibition).
The exhibition stands and other construction objects on the exhibition premises shall be connected to electricity networks only after checking by the General Builder LLC BuildExpo the quality of electrical works and the electrical measurement of the parameters of installed electric power lines (see par. 3 of the Technical Guidelines).
Electric power sources in the halls are equipped with 16A, 32A, 63A, 125A connectors of ABB type. Exhibitor's electric equipment shall be connected to the electric power source using electric cable of the respective section. The length of the cable provided by the Exhibitors performing independent development must be at least 30 m.
Exhibitors who have ordered just raw space by MMG and have hired another stand constructor but not MEPLAN are responsible for the cabling in their stands. Organizer will deliver the main connection ONLY.
It is forbidden:
- to use generators (fine 1110 EUR);
- to use extenders;
- to connect mobile stands with lighting, any other lighting equipment mounted on the basis of the electrical wiring.
In these cases electricity will be switched off till the end of the Exhibition.

Move-in/move-out of the exhibits is allowed only during assembling and disassembling period according with following procedure:
- prepare a letter with a list of imported equipment and exhibits in 4 copies on the letterhead of your company;
- initial the letter at the service center of 3d Pavilion. Service Center is located in in the
lobby of 3d Pavilion);
-access to the mounting gates is only possible with pre-paid car pass. Car passes can be
ordered in CrocusExpo Service Center.
To get the access to the mounting gates you should have car pass and move-in/move-out letter.
The sample of the letter for move-in/move-out will be send additionally.
Attention! To get the permission to import the bench equipment exhibitors who ordered non-equipped booth (Raw space) should first approve the stand design with the technical department and general builder of IEC “Crocus Expo” - "BuildExpo".
NB! Please, keep one copy of the move-in/move-out letter until the end of exhibition, you will need it for exhibits removal.
Additional move-in/move-out of the equipment during the exhibition can only be made from 08.00 to 9.30 and from 18.30 to 20.00 and has to be approved by the Organizer. Please, remember that for additional move-in/move-out of the equipment it is also necessary to prepare the move-in/move-out letter.
Attention: Remember to keep one copy of your move-in letter till the end of the exhibition; move-out of exhibits will be authorized based on this document. Move-in / move-out of exhibits during the fair opening hours is prohibited.
Loading/unloading and formalizing of all entry/removal permissions for non-resident exhibitors shall be provided for a fee ONLY by the official forwarders at IEC Crocus Expo.

Processing cargo of non-residents, received not through the Official Forwarder, may be imposed with penalty in the amount of 100% of the handling services.
Attention: The technical department had be informed of the size and weight of items not later than 40 days prior to installations.
Raw Space - construction made by an individual stand constructor.
Exhibitors who ordered unequipped area must be guided by the following rules for the design, construction and design organisations of its stand:
1. Not later than 20/04/2018 check with the organizer the buildig company with indication of it's name, address, phone number and contact person.
Warning! The organizer reserves the right not to allow to carry out the installation builder that systematically violate the fire and safety rules.
2. When devoloping project of you stand, please, follow the requirements listed in paragrapah "Technical requirements to stand construction".
3. Before beginning installation, check with the technical department the exact location of
your stand. Otherwise, any work related to the incorrect location of your stand structures throughout the exhibition, are met by the exhibitor.
4. After removing all traces of carpet adhesive tape must be removed from the floor of the pavilion.
5. All losses caused by damages of any structures and parts of the pavilion that arose through the fault of Exhibitor or it's constructor, reimbursed by the exhibitor.
6. Two-storey stands: in the construction of two-storey stands must fulfill additional requirements:
- Extra charge of 80% over the second floor of the stand has to be paid;
- Two-storey stand shall be equipped with a fire extinguisher or fire fighting system, fire alarm sensors also.
7. Approval of the stand: the project of your stand should be agreed with the technical department, as well as the general builder of the exhibition - the «BuildExpo."
7.1. The following documents have to be presented to the Organiser for approval at least two months before set-up:
- а technical stand layout indicating all measurements incl. heights. The position of entry points for ordered electricity, water, telephone connections, etc., must also be clearly marked on the stand layout.
- an electric supply plan indicating the power of each energy consumer.
7.2. The following documents have to be presented to Build Expo for approval at least two months before set-up:
- licences of all the companies involved in the project design; licences for construction and electrical mounting;
- а technical drawing of the stand including the name of the company, the stand number and size, marking the existence of the 2nd level and its space, plan of the 1st and 2nd levels, side view, specification of the type of building materials;
- an electric project of the stand with specifications of voltage, maximum capacity of every equipment unit, all the power points with detailed interpretation of symbols;
- а list of electricians of at least 3rd qualification level who take part in electrical mounting as well as copies of their identification cards;
- а coру of the electricians' examination journal according to the rules and regulations of the Russian Federation;
- а сору of the assignment order for an electrician in charge (at least 4th qualification level);
- а list of assembling workers who take part in assembling/dismantling of the stand;
- а сору of the assignment order for а person in charge of assembling/dismantling activities and for а person responsible for safety measures at the stand;
- а letter with the name of the company for which the building is done with the list of the equipment which is brought in and taken out;
- certificates of fire safety for all stand materials incl. floor coverings, acts about fireproofing treatment of burning materials used in stand decoration.

Mounting of light structures and design elements to (hanged on) the ceiling trusses of the exhibition halls shall be performed by OOO KONTA. Please, contact Ms. Veronika Sopina for the question of ceilling construction order.
Requirements for construction of not-equipped stands:
2.1.The maximum height of the stands adjoined to the walls of the exhibition halls:
- till 4 meters from the wall - max 8.5 (eight points five) meters high
The maximum height of the stands on the remaining area of the exhibition halls:
- 1-storey stands - max 5 (five) meters high on the first two "lines" from the entrance to the hall, then to 8.5 (eight points five) meters
-2-storey stands - max 6 (six) meters high on the first two "lines" from the entrance to the hall, then to 8.5 (eight points five) meters
2.2. The maximum allowed height of constructions that may be built in outdoor area is:
-Various constructions (not stands and not exhibits) 6 (six) meters
-1-storey stands 4 (four) meters
-2-storey stands 5.5 (five points five) meters.
2.3.Construction along the open sides of the stand can't occupy more than 50% of the length of each open side. The height of the building on the border of the open sides of the stand may not exceed 3.0 meters (for the stands not along the walls of the halls). At more than 2 meters from the edge of the stand inside of it the height can be maximal.
2.4.The stands of the first two "lines" from the entrance to each hall and situated not along the walls of the halls should have no walls from the side of the entrance to the hall.
2.5.No part of the stand structure (including lamps, flags, decorating elements, etc.) shouldn't go beyond the rented exhibition space including the vertical projection of the stand (exception is for lightweight lamps located at a height of not less than 4 meters from the floor).
2.6.Banners and other suspended structures shouldn't create a visual sensation of a solid wall with the floor buildings and obstruct the visibility of neighboring stands.
2.7.For security reasons of visitors of the Exhibition utility rooms, offices and other stand rooms with doors, the exit of which is directed to the passage between the stands, must be equipped only with sliding doors or swing doors should be opened inside the stand.
2.8.Stands can't be allowed for construction, when their structures prevent the direct access to fire hydrants, to stationary power switchboards and block emergency exits.
In case of violation of these requirements, the Organizer has the right to suspend the construction of the stand during the assembling until the violations are eliminated.
Before approving the construction project at the General Builder, the Exhibitor/Stand Builder is obliged to agree the stand scheme with the Organizer.
All stands must be equipped and decorated by the end of set-up .Any unattended boxes/containers left randomly around the hall by 16:00 on the last set-up day may be removed from your stand at your expense.
Attention! The removal and packing of exhibits as well as the dismantling of stands are not allowed before the exhibition is officially closed. The construction / dismantling of stands must be finished by the time indicated in exhibition schedule at the latest.
In case you cannot finish stand construction by the official closing time, you can order overtime. Please, contact Technical Manager if you want to book overtime in advance. During assembling days the overtime in halls can be ordered only vua Service Center of Crocus Expo and overtime in halls can be ordered only via Organizer.
Note: you have to unform the Technical Manager 3 hours before the pavilion will close.
-The minimum overtime ordering for first assembly day is 3 hours. Time is calculated backwards from 20:00. (Example: if you need 3 hours overtime, you must take it from 17:00 to 20:00);
-For the second overtime assembly day the overtime shall be the whole working day of 12 hours (because the area is already occupied), and the area shall be not smaller than that one of the previous day;
-The minimum overtime ordering for disassembly is 3 hours. Time is calculated from 08:00 of June 5;
-The minimum overtime use in the night time from 20:00 to 08:00 on June 2, 3 and 4 shall be possible only for the whole stand area at least for 3 hours;
-Ordering of overtime from 20:00 of June 04 to 08:00 of June 05 is only possible with a 100% surcharge;
ATTENTION:
During assembly and disassembly, for stand builders is strictly prohibited to occupy the aisles outside the boundaries of your exhibition stand.
Arrival/Delivery and Exit/Removal into/from the halls during the night time are strictly prohibited. The gates will be closed.
Extension of build-up time is charged additionally.
1.1. Only companies and organizations licensed to conduct electrical installation can be assigned to carry out such services at exhibitors' stands.
1.2. Electrical installation and the equipment at exhibitors' stands can be carried out only by persons complying with the professional requirements and qualified according to electrical safety standards (corresponding to the 3rd or higher grade of the Russian electrical safety standard).
1.3. In the case where а subcontractor is commissioned by the exhibitor to carry out electrical installation and services at the exhibition stand (or in case where the exhibitor carries out the installation on his own) Build Expo will authorize the subcontractor's personnel assigned to carry out such services according to the personnel list signed by the subcontractor. Build Expo and Crocus Expo Energocenter will supervise the installation progress. The manager of the installation company (or the exhibitor himself) will assign а person to be responsible for the electrical equipment at the stand and will submit the authorized personnel list for permits to be issued by Crocus Expo.
All electrical installations must be carried out according to the current Regulations for the Operation of Electrical Equipment (РТЕЕР),Safety Regulations (РТВ), Regulations for Electrical Installation (РUE), Fire Protection Regulations and Construction Engineering Regulations of the Russian Federation (SNIP). Special requirements for fairs and exhibitions must be also observed.
1.4. Electrical installations must be carried out according to the stand layout to be provided by the exhibitor. The layout should detail the positions of the electric power and lighting equipment, rated voltage, maximum capacity for all electrical units, and terminal points for connecting the equipment to power supply sources.
1.5. Upon issuing the permits to work at the exhibitor's stand, installation companies shall be in charge of supervising the personnel authorized to carry out electrical Installations.
1.6. Аll operations at or near power circuits must be carried out only after disabling the power supply.
1.7. When laying exposed circuits, provided no mechanical damaging is possible, Fables with а fire protection shield must be used.
1.8. At exposed places and where people pass, cables must be protected with special covers.
1.9. Open wiring and mounting of lighting equipment on structures are not permitted.
1.10. For all wire/cable connections and Junctions, special clips and plugs must be used. Connection of power-consuming equipment to mains through direct wiring is not permitted.
The supply table for the 380/2208 leading-in device (power panel) of the exposition stand must be five wire. The lines of single-phased electric wiring must be three wire. It is permitted to use four wire cable if the thread section is not less than 10 mm2 along copper. The stand hardware must have neutral earthing according to PUE requirements.
1.11. For mobile and portable power-consuming equipment, flexible wires/ cables protected against mechanical damaging must be used.
1.12. All stands must be equipped with power panels with RSD (residual current protective device) according to PUE requirements and with proper design load of extra current and overload protective devices installed separately for the lighting network and the power supply for equipment. As well as stand by equipment which is permanently switched on (such as fax machines, refrigerators etc.)
1.13. Free access must be provided to the main electricity terminal.
1.14. Lighting equipment for hills and stands must comply with the Fire Hazard Regulations grade 82 Lighting equipment with lenses made of plexiglass, polystyrol and/or other easily flammable materials may not be used. Lights should be installed so that the distance to flammable surfaces shall be no less than 40 cm.
1.15. Upon completion of installation and presenting the Act of Quality Control of Installation Work Conducted by Constructor at Exhibition signed by Build Expo, а representative of Crocus Expo Energocentre must check the quality of the installation and connect the installed equipment to the power supply sources of Crocus Expo according to the layout.
1.16. Crocus Expo Energocentre must switch on the power supply to the switchbox at the exhibitors stand upon presenting the Act of Quality Control of Installation Work Conducted by Constructor at Exhibition and in the presence of the exhibitor's representative in charge of the electrical equipment (installation), and upon signing the Division of Liability Act for the Operation of Electrical Equipment Rated at max. 1000 V which specific the division of liability between Crocus Expo and the exhibitor (power consumer).
1.17. Exhibitors must supervise the state of the electrical equipment installed and operated at their stands for the duration of the exhibition in accordance with the Division of Liability Act.
1.18. Upon termination of the exhibition а representative of the exhibitor/subcontractor in charge of dismantling the electrical equipment must apply to а technician of Crocus Expo Energocentre authorized to disable the power supply to the switchbox of the exhibitors stand.
1.19. The dismantling of electrical equipment and its disconnection must be carried out by the same personnel who carried out the installation.
2. LIABILITY
2.1. Property rights and liability for electrical equipment and networks for the duration of the exhibition are stipulated in the Division of Liability Act to be signed by the parties immediately prior to the delivery of power to the stand.
2.2. Energocentre is in charge of operating the power supply sources of Crocus Expo.
2.3. During mounting, running and dismantling periods of the exhibition, electrical equipment of the stand including the mains cable will be operated by the exhibitor.
2.4. Crocus Expo Energocentre as the electric power provider for the exhibitors stand has the right to disable the power supply in case of emergency to prevent accidents and as a preventive measure in case of incidents which may be caused by gross violation of the regulations specific in PTEEP and PTB.
2.5. The exhibitor as the electric power consumer at the exhibition may not connect additional units which are not specific in the application to the stand terminal without obtaining the permission of Crocus Expo Energocentre.
2.6. In case of violation of these Regulations, the exhibitor shall be liable according to the Russian law.
1. The management of the exhibition provides pavilions (premises) in the condition suitable for holding an exhibition and guarantees compliance with basic fire safety regulations.
2. Exhibitors are responsible for compliance with fire safety regulations during installation, actual operation and dismantling of the event.
3. Compliance with the present rules is supervised by the technical personnel of "Crocus Expo", the management of the exhibition and by the state fire protection authorities.
4. The exposition plan of space only stands shall be submitted by exhibitors or their stand builders to "Build Expo" as regards fire safety regulations at least two months before the announced date of installation. Exhibitors with equipped space or а custom build stand do not need to submit plans tо "Build Expo "but have to provide information according to 4.1. 4.2, 4.3 to the Organiser;
4.1. The layout of exhibits, offices, various auxiliary premises (cinema hall, film projecting rooms, kitchen, dining rooms, restaurants, bars, information desk), showing all dimensions and tied up with а particular exposition area;
4.2. Location of evacuation exits, fire hydrants, internal fire cocks and power cabinets according to the copy of the pavilion plan from "Build Expo”. Unobstructed access to the exits, fire hydrants, internal fire cocks and power cabinets and an adequate zone required for their normal operation must be provided;
4.3. Machines and other exhibits displayed In operation, operating principles of engines, fuel, lubricants and other material used.
Attention: Exposition plans shall be provided in 2 copies. The legends and Inscriptions in the plans shall be made in the Russian language.
5. The exhibitor shall submit, at least one month before the commencement of set-up, to "Crocus Expo" information about all radioactive, inflammable and explosive materials and exhibits to enable coordinated safety measures to be taken. Importation of these materials and exhibits without the authorization of "Crocus Expo" shall not be allowed.
6. Stationary stand structures must be made of conventional building materials (of а normal flammability class). Fireproof and slow burning materials shall be used for finishing the interior of stands, offices, podiums, ceilings and fencing. All flammable materials must be treated with а fireproofing compound.
The use of draping materials from flammable plastics not treated with а fireproofing compound, shall not be allowed.
Double decker stand constructions as well as stands with а higher fire risk must be additionally equipped with fire alarms connected to the central fire alarm station of the exhibition complex.
Documents describing the flammability degree of all stand materials used in the organization/build-up of the exhibition shall be submitted.
7. Carpets and runners used in the pavilions shall be securely attached to the floor along the perimeter and at the joints thereof. These shall be made of а slow burning material (resisting а burning cigarette or match).
8. Stationary film projectors should be placed in areas or chambers made of fireproof materials and have isolated exit to staircases which are not connected with areas occupied by people.
9. During set-up and dismantling the approach ways (passages) of the pavilions shall be kept clear. Unneeded transportation crates, packaging and other materials and equipment shall immediately be removed from the pavilions.
10. Threshold and turnstiles shall not be set up in the evacuation and traffic paths. Aisles for visitors shall have а width of at least three (3) meters and а circular layout and offer free access to evacuation passages, power cabinets, fire boxes and other fire-fighting facilities. Stairways, evacuation exits, passages, corridors and vestibule should always be kept free from any objects preventing the flow of people.
It is prohibited to arrange expositions made of flammable materials, offices and service rooms in the stairways.
11. The use of electrical and gas-fired devices for making tea or coffee shall be allowed only in rooms specially allocated and equipped for these purposes by agreement with the fire safety service.
Electrical heating devices, refrigerators and air conditioners shall be connected to separate networks equipped with starting protection devices.
12. The following is forbidden in the exhibition pavilions / stands: construction of storage rooms and showcases for combustible and flammable liquids, installation of combustible gas containers and demonstration of operating exhibits using open flame.
13. If the permissible current of low-power electrical devices (electric motors, transformers, etc.) mounted on an electrically powered stand is below the rated value of the automatic protection device of the network, additional electrical protection shall be provided. All electrical units shall be adequately grounded. It is necessary to have certificates of measurements of impedance of electrical wiring, which need to be provided to the fire police of "Crocus Expo".
14. In the absence of а threat of mechanical damage being done to open electric networks, it shall be allowed to use cables clad in а non- combustible or slow burning sheathing. All wire and cable connections and tappings shall be made by welding, soldering, moulding or the use of special-purpose clamps. Wire and cable strands must be reliably insulated at connecting and tapping points.
15. Mobile power equipment shall be connected with the use of flexible conductor safely protected against mechanical damage. All power installation devices (distribution boxes, sockets, etc.) used must be certified products only.
16. Electric lighting devices of the р-р class shall be used for illuminating halls and stands. It shall not be allowed to use diffusers made of acrylic plastic, polystyrene and other flammable materials in lighting fixtures. The distance between intensifying lighting fixtures and combustible or slow burning surfaces shall be equal to at least 40 cm.
17. Demonstration of operating models and units using flammable liquids or combustible gases in exhibition halls shall be allowed with the provision that these are pumped via pipelines from containers installed outside the building and the exhaust gases are vented to the outside. Installation and demonstration of fire-hazardous exhibits and processes (welding and soldering, other processes involving open fire, combustible solvents, etc.) shall be subject to approval by the fair (exhibition) management.
18. Storage of promotional materials and goods shall not be arranged in the pavilion buildings. They shall be kept in the office premises in quantities not exceeding daily requirements. Exhibits, standby equipment, crates and packages shall be stored outside the pavilions or in specially allocated premises.
19. Smoking inside exhibition pavilions shall be allowed only in places which are specially allocated for this purpose and in negotiation rooms provided with ashtrays.
20. Welding and other fire-hazardous work shall be carried out with written authorization of the exhibition management; existing fire safety regulations shall be carefully followed in the process.
21. All other issues which remain beyond the scope of the present regulations and which might arise during set-up, operation and dismantling of fairs and exhibitions shall be settled on site by the management of the exhibition, the pavilion administration and а representative of the fire brigade.
22. If the design of an exposition does not meet the present regulations, the exhibition management shall be entitled to demand from the exhibitors and/or their stand builders dismantling of the exposition.
23. All the fair participants shall be required to know and follow fire safety regulations, to know how to behave in case of а fire and use fire-fighting means. In accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, the State Fire Fighting Services may impose а penalty on all fair participants including foreign companies for the breach of the fire safety regulations.
The organizer recommends using the official forwarder or any other reliable forwarder services to guarantee smooth and ON TIME delivery.

Orders for technical service has to be placed not later than the exhibition deadline,
In case of order placement after the exhibition deadline, Technical department cannot guarantee the full service delivery.
In cases when Client does not provide requested technical documentation needed for order confirmation, Organizer reserves the right of order cancellation.
Approved order has to be fully paid in 5 days after the date of invoicing, but not later than the first assembling date.
In case of late payment, Organizer reserves the right to cancel the order. The new order will be placed according to the current prices and surcharge rates.
In case of order cancellation less than 30 days in prior to the first assembling day of the Exhibition, Participant has to pay 50% of order. In case of order cancellation less than 15 days in prior before the firs assembling date, Participant has to pay 100% of the order.
Any changes of confirmed order entails its cancellation and registration of a new order according to the current prices and surcharge rates.
Orders from Contractor organizations of the Exhibitor (advertising agencies, builders and others) are accepted only after the written confirmation of the status of these organizations from the Exhibitor's side.
